Description: Mr Bean’s electricity supply is cut off when Mrs Wicket sees the cost of her enormous electricity bill. As the snow falls outside, Mr Bean’s flat becomes so cold that there are ice cubes in his bath water. Mr Bean has the idea to build a huge wind turbine in the back garden providing his own power.
